Join us for a four- part workout to beat Parkinson's and spread awareness about Young Onset Parkinson's Disease!

Registration for the event is FREE. Participants are encouraged to raise at least $35, with all funds benefiting programming for those fighting Young Onset Parkinson's Disease in Iowa.  All participants raising $35 or more will receive a C4 workout shirt.  Online registration available through December 10th, walk in registrations also accepted.    Make sure to wear your favorite Iowa team gear to show your support for the team of your choice for some fun rivalry! (Iowa Hawkeyes, Iowa State Cyclones, University of Northern Iowa Panthers!)

Craig's Story:

Craig Haas was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease on Oct. 19, 2015 and falls into the Young Onset category effecting approximately 10% of patients. Craig had the idea to create a workout fundraiser to spread awareness about Young Onset Parkinson’s Disease and the benefits of exercise. Craig utilizes exercise as treatment as it has been proven to slow the progression of the disease. Craig is hosting a fundraiser for the Iowa APDA, an organization for which he serves as the Vice President of the Board of Directors. He has also been a Lifetime Athletics member since 1996.
