The Iowa Chapter of the American Parkinson Disease Association's biggest event of the year - a full day of education and strategies for living well with Parkinson's disease! This day is intended for anyone impacted by Parkinson's disease - a person with Parkinson's, a caregiver/spouse/partner, family members, friends and health professionals. For Healthcare Professionals: 5.5 Contact Hours will be offered by Des Moines Area Community College, Iowa Board of Nursing Provider #22.

Important information:
Online registration will close Sunday, June 10. Walk-in registration will be available.
The cost to attend is $15 for an individual and $25 for a person with Parkinson's and their caregiver (spouse/partner/professional caregiver/friend).
The cost to attend includes continental breakfast, sack lunch, and an afternoon snack.
CEUs: $20 fee for CEUs/Contact Hours, please add that cost to your registration cost if you want CEUs/Contact Hours. Continuing Education Contact Hours awarded by Des Moines Area Community College, Iowa Board of Nursing Provider #22. You must attend the entire day and the approved sessions in order to receive contact hours. Certificates will be mailed to the participant by DMACC).
